Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at PelucArte. In order to best serve all of our clients, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting for services. If you do not give us at least 24 hours notice or do not show up for your appointment, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be added to your account and must be paid before you can schedule any future appointments with us. We value your time and ours, and we hope that our cancellation policy helps us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients. Thank you for understanding.
